My Little Pony and Me

My entry for the 2010 Ponycon Merchandise contest! It features a little girl and a 1980s baby pony, Baby Lofty, and a recent release pony, Rainbow Dash with the girl as a grown up!

Due to copyright issues, I've partially hidden their symbols and kept them pretty generic, but true collectors/fans should be able to identify them. :)

Also, an oldie now but here's a commission I did for Gloomy who wanted the tenth Doctor from Doctor Who, running with her persona Gloomy! Eventually someone pointed out that it looked a bit rude, which now I can't unsee! He's running behind her, dang it.

UK Ponycon 2010!

So we're only a few months away from the UK's annual MLP Convention and I'm already getting excited as heck about it! It's on October 22nd at 'The Public' in Birmingham, which looks like a fabulous venue. I'm going to have a table this year selling art and ponies and whatever else I can muster up.

Speaking of art, I've again been allowed to design this year's poster! The theme for 2010 is 'My Little Pony and Me' and I really think I've managed to capture the feel of the original ponies. I tried very hard to recreate the 1980s boxart style. Can you name all the little ponies? :)
